We currently deliver across the UAE.
International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Standard Delivery: 1–3 working days after order confirmation.
Remote Areas: Delivery may take an additional 1–2 working days.
Public holidays and unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic, courier delays) may affect delivery times.

3. Delivery Charges

Free Delivery: Available for all orders within the UAE.
No hidden charges — the price displayed at checkout is the final price.

4. Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually processed on the same working day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
We will notify you via email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.

5. Delivery Partner

We work with trusted UAE courier companies to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Tracking details will be provided where applicable.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept, the courier may attempt re-delivery.
