Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At mafzone.com, operated by HIKAM PERFUMES TRADING LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand how returns, refunds, and cancellations work.


1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products:

Perfumes: Non-returnable if opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons.

Electronics: Can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all accessories.

We will only accept returns if:

The product is damaged upon arrival.

The wrong product was delivered.

The product has a manufacturing defect (for electronics).


2. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.


3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer service.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may request a return if eligible.

5. Warranty for Electronics

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Report it within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos or videos of the issue for verification.
